Plastic sheet material can be shaped just like corrugated cardboard. This way you can make boxes or interiors that are extremely light and much stronger than cardboard. Plastic sheet material is produced in various thicknesses and color of your choice. The two most commonly used plastic sheet materials are :
- corrugated polypropylene sheet material
- Aircell sheet material
Polypropylene (PP) corrugated sheet material
Extruded, corrugated sheet material, made from polypropylene (PP), is a cost-effective solution for a wide variety of applications. The sheets can be folded into single- or double-walled containers or boxes, similar to cardboard boxes, but much stronger and more durable. In every size you want, only at die-cutting costs.
The choice of material is determined depending on the application. There is diversity in thicknesses and specific weight.
Due to its low weight and high rigidity, PP corrugated sheet material is perfectly suitable for lightweight product carriers, storage bins or as an interior in a combined packaging. The material can be milled and die-cut in larger series.
Aircell sheet material
Aircell sheet material is much heavier than PP corrugated sheet material, due to the internal honeycomb structure. Bending is only possible with special machines. The high rigidity makes this material ideally suited for the construction of detachable walls on pallets. With a thickness of 15 mm, such walls can hold up to 2 tons.
Aircell plate is rigid enough to construct pallets with detachable walls that have open fronts allowing products to be placed into custom pockets. These pockets can be made of textile as well as aircell sheet material. Aircell sheet is ideal for the production of packaging in small series. Work what we like to do in our own assembly department.

Lightweight boxes and flight cases
European regulations work towards a maximum weight of 12 kilos that can be lifted regularly. We can make a container of, for example, 600 x 400 x 100 mm from 600 grams, 1000 grams lighter than a standard injection-molded transport bin of the same dimensions.
We manufacture large, strong and easily stackable custom transport boxes and flight cases using corner pieces and profiles. With optional open or closed handles. Standard options are: closable lids, label holders and printing.
