Needle cups are equipped with an innovative temporary locking system: a single push of a button allows secure opening and closing. The filling capacity is optimal in relation to the volume. The needle cups are manufactured, tested and certified according to BS7320:1990, NFX 30-500, UN approved for transport of clinical waste UN3291 according to the latest ADR/RID/IMDG specifications.

Instructions for use sharps container
- Insert the lid into the rim of the needle cup and press the clips to secure the lid.
- If necessary, attach the needle cup using the the fastening cord in one of the two possible positions.
- Push one of the push buttons to open or close the valve.
- Temporarily lock the cover by applying pressure to the cover at the locking tab. Press the locking tab to open the cover again.
- Choose one of the facilities depending on the instrument to be disposed of (syringes, insulin pens, hypodermic needles, etc.)
- Final closure: press all 6 closure zones, starting at the back of the flap, then the front and then the sides.
