Pallet boxes, Maxi boxes
Maxi boxes are extra large 1200 x 1200 mm pallet boxes with bulging walls for maximum volume. These pallet boxes are the strongest pallet boxes because the first 300 mm of the sides are double-walled for greater stiffness. When the closed pallet box is filled with liquids, the walls hardly bend out. The content of these boxes is 780 or 900 liters. The pallet boxes are made of HDPE with a low MFI, allowing them to be stacked with a load of 900 kg, 6 high. This ensures that space is saved in storage.
These pallet boxes are available from stock in height 760 mm and 850 mm with 4 legs, but they can also be supplied with 2 or 3 runners, making them 20 mm higher. If desired, the dimensions of 1200 x 1000 mm or 1200 x 1100 mm can also be supplied. To easily load the pallet boxes, the pallet boxes can be supplied with a hinged door on the long side.
Horticultural crates, agri crates
Stackable agricultural crates with perforated bottom and slotted side walls are specially designed for the export of flower bulbs, such as lilies and tulips, but also for many other agricultural products.
For the products you have cultivated with great care, we offer an ideal packaging: sturdy, dirt-free and air-permeable crates, which protect the contents optimally during transport and export. Our agricultural crates are dimensionally stable and very suitable for machine processing. Due to their robust design, they are suitable for multiple use. The design enables them to be cleaned easily. In addition, these crates are also fully recyclable.
Flower bulb crates have a bottom size of 600 x 400 mm. In the low version of 100 mm and 180 mm, the walls are closed and the reinforced bottom is perforated. This makes them extremely suitable for automation, the stacking load capacity is 750 kg.
We also supply folding crates of 600 x 400 mm with various heights, from 150 mm to 259 mm. Folded, these crates are only 27.7 mm high so a lot of space is saved.
